Rwenzori Marathon 2026 promoted at the Two Oceans Marathon in Cape Town, South Africa

A delegation of sports enthusiasts from Uganda participated in the Two Oceans Marathon, which is taking place in Cape Town from 10th to 11th April 2026. The delegation is led by Amb. Paul Amoru, the High Commissioner of Uganda in South Africa, and it included athletes and sports tourism enthusiasts from Uganda. The two-ocean marathon participation provided an opportunity to launch and market the Rwenzori Marathon to the world. On the sidelines of the test run, Ugandan waragi and coffee were receiving significant attention from SA participants.
